You will probably find the information at the County's property appraiser site. You should be able to look up either the owner of record or the street address and find the information.

If you are looking for a map and lot number, you would find that on the tax card, check the town.cities web site first, otherwise you have to go to the assessors office. if you are looking for a book and page number, that is found on the deed.
