What is your credit score? There are lenders like myself that are able to give out loans with scores as low as 580. If you are in this area or above then you might have a chance. Otherwise, I recommend that you work on your credit a bit. The simplest way to fix your credit is to pay off your debt and revolving credit balance on time. Either way, you should speak with a lender like myself that would be able to help you with your questions when it comes to financing. Well I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or if you would like a loan, feel free to contact me. Good Luck! Brian Nguyen Sr. Mortgage Banker NMLS # 659743 Phone: 949.667.2887 brian.nguyen@nafinc.com

There are no sub prime loans......

What is your credit score? The prime loans are forgiving for some things.

There are individuals who will loan on real estate. They charge high interest rates and it's usually short term as in one to two years. That gives you some time to get your credit straight. Check with an independent loan officer if he knows anyone. They don't advertise their existence but I have closed at least one loan this way.

Hi Melanie,

There are lenders out there now that will give people with challenged credit loans. One company you may want to try is AnnieMac they will will typically work with people with credit scores down to the mid-500's. Check out their website at the link below. Good luck and remember if your credit is not the greatest right now, it can recover quickly by just paying your bills on time and occasional use and payment of your credit cards.

Unfortunately there are no sub prime loans in the market, Melanie.
