The official time is 9:30-1:00pm, although specific times are often noted or modified for each property. It is always best to check the tour sheet.

Hello, Broker's Tour is for Agents to preview homes to stay on top of what's available in new inventory. The Broker's Tour is an opportunity for the Listing Agent to sell the homes best features to the Brokerage community. This service is part of a comprehensive marketing plan. Agents representing Buyers can tour the home and determine if it meets their Buyer clients needs.

Hi Gerlies,

Our local Broker's tour is every Tuesday from 9:30-1:30. Some agents who host the open houses will change the hours, but it's posted in the tour sheet. To be safe, I would assume 10-noon if you were planning on stopping by.

Here we can do 2 tours;
at our weekly meeting, we schedule a group of Listing to be show on CARAVAN, with the information and a map to all the homes.
Also, your Realtor can schedule a Broker's Open House which is unique to your house: Usually scheduled during the week, Tuesday thru Thursday, afternoon or early evening; with drinks and snacks. or maybe even a catered buffet.
Talk to your Realtor. You cannot do either of these without having a Realtor!
