Dave is right. There is nothing wrong. Investor went in there and since the bust they are very affordable.

Basically nothing other than you will need cash to buy based on investor owned units to owner/occupants and the condo doc's.

No FHA loans! No Conventional Loans!

Investors bought these for $238,900 and up and are dumping them as bad investments making values drop like a rock and the owner/occupants are so upside down it's a mess.

But having said that if anyone has the time and cash here you are.

Concerns:

HOA Fees, Stability of the HOA, Future Assessments due to non HOA payments just to name a few.
