You will need to have a FICO score no lower than 580. I work primarily in the Palmdale/ Antelope Valley area and would be happy to assist you. I can recommend a variety of excellent lenders and help guide you through the process of buying your first home.

Most Lenders today require a minimum credit score of 640 to qualify for mortgage financing. I recommend sitting down face to face with a Local Mortgage Banker to get thoroughly Prequalified. Your Mortgage Banker will review your Income, Assets, and Credit to determine which loan programs you would qualify for.
Fha or USDA would probably be one of the better programs as long as you have a decent credit score with some positive credit you may qualify FHA does not have a score requirement as Direct Lenders we have quidelines and that is where scores come in
Typically for FHA 580 with positive credit, stability and savings you can get a loan appoved
We have a program that allows credit (fico) scores as low as 580
you do need to have money for a down payment and costs
I do know several local realtors that could assist once pre-qualified so that you you can submit an offer
I can help you find the home you want. Just give me a call so we can get started.
