what kind of credit score do you have to have to be qualified for a house loan??

i have a score of 640 and my girl friend score is 703 should we do it together or should she do it she makes 29000 a year and im on disabilty and make10104 a year

Some lenders look at credit scores of 640 for the better interest rates.

There is more to it than just scores.
While many lenders are at 620 - 640+..... WHAT is on the report is important too!!

Most lenders require 625 + for a credit score AND many other particulars are involved to qualify an applicant for a mortgage
