There is not a typical square foot price in Northfield Center, Ohio
It depends on the condition of the home, updates in the home,
age, and extras such as fireplaces, updated kitchen, master
bedroom with master bath, size of lot., landscaping.

If you are looking for the home in this area, I would be happy
to send you information on homes that are presently on the
market with sq. footage. If you have a home you are
considering putting on the market to sell, I would like
to offer you a market analysis or evaluation, at no cost
or obligation. Thank you,

Price per square foot can be very misleading. You can get an average but what level of finish are you looking at? The person that runs the data need to go through and remove all distressed properties if you are looking at move in ready homes. For that matter if you are looking at purchasing distressed properties you need two sets of data. What distressed properties are going for and what after repaired properties are selling for. Now that you have that data throw it out the window and get the data on a neighborhood level for the areas you are looking at.

Are you asking the average home sold? Current asking price per square foot? A specific home? If you'd like a work-up of the city, I'd be happy to email you the information you're looking for. Contact me anytime, I'd be happy to help.
