Hi Carlos ~

Elizabeth is correct. The maximum VA loan amount for Sacramento County is $418,750. Best of all, there is no down payment required.

If you would like to learn about the program from someone who has helped other veterans purchase their home with VA financing, contact me.

Carlos,

Like Karen said, it depends on the amount each county allows.

Even at that, if you've used any portion of the VA allocated loan amount, you may want to find out through the VA how much your eligible for. You can then request a Certificate of Eligibiltiy that will confirm the amount you can receive through the VA. Then you can pursue a Lender that will qualify you for that amount.

Best of luck!
