It depends on your personal needs and preferences. As licensed REALTORS, it is unlawful for us to "steer" anyone to a particular neighborhood or school zone. Jacksonville is comprised of many different suburbs, all with a unique flair & "personality". As a broker who is trained to conduct Broker Price Opinions for banks, I have an excellent working knowledge of many areas of Jacksonville.

Hi Mohamed,

There are many great residential areas in and around Jacksonville. Please note that Jacksonville covers 850 square miles. What kind of life style are you looking for, are schools important, activity level, sports, entertainment, etc. Check out http://www.coj.net for some great information about Jacksonville. You also have the beaces that are just east of Jacksonville. Great living.

You might want to consider north St. Johns and Clay counties.

Lots of choices.
