That is going to depend on specific areas in West Hollywood. Based on area of interest look for sold within last 3-6 months. Realtor can supply sold and averages per areas.

Depends on actual pocket that you decide to buy in. There are some better streets than others....Generally, the price can be from $400-700/sq ft.

If you would like a tour of the different areas, please feel free to give me a call.

The current price per sq ft for a condo according to the sales prices in the MLS is $440. That is what you are asking so the answer is very simple.
The price for the particular condo you find will depend on many factors. And a real estate agent will help you figure out what that price is.

Hi Jessica, it's about $500/sqft. Again this is just a factor that is compounded by elevation of unit, design, location etc. You can also check out http://www.city-data.com.

Dear, Jessica!
To give a simple answer to your question-check Stats & Trends on Trulia website and you can find Average Price per sq.ft. for any city and zip code.
Right now it shows $ 506.00 per sq. ft for zip code 90069
If you have in my mind specific street or bldg, fell free and contact me and I help you with this data.

You really cant find an answer for that, but you should look at different properties that are selling in the neighborhood you want to live in and find the prices for homes, if theyre remodeled or not, what floor the unit is in and many other questions you have.
The best way for you to know about the properties in west hollywood is to hire a real estate agent from there, if youre interested I can recomend you few realtors I know from that area.
Why I cant help you? because you need someone that really know the area, so you need only a realtor from west hollyood.

Good Luck.

Hi Jessica,

There is no clear answer on this one. West Hollywood has condos ranging from 300k+ to north of a couple of million. it really depends on location, what kind of service and amenities the building provides and what shape the building and condo is in.

the median price (not to be confused with the average. the median price means that half the units sold below this price and half over this price) is about 550sq/ft YTD.

The price per sq ft depends on which part of West Hollywood you're looking at, as well as the condition and finishes of the particular condo. The calibre of the building also determines the price per sq foot.
Please let me know the buildings you're considering and I can give you a more accurate number.
