Good evening, QC3:
I am seeing prices in the $80's to the mid $100's in this area. There are a lot of small pockets in this 28205 zip code though and a home that sells for $190k on one street could sell for 15% less just a few streets over. If you are buying, we would be talking about specific comparable sales, and the competition. Inventory is down and prices are up 4% or more since the beginning of the year. Some real estate agents are saying that in some areas, it is not a buyers market anymore. If you have a full time agent with a Masters degree in Planning with Finance and over two decades of experience, working for you, you will likely do better in negotiations. Id be pleased to provide that service. If you appreciate this answer, please give it a thumbs up, or if this was the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a best answer click.
