Hello "J" unfortunately what is considered a "good" development for one person may not be for another. I would suggest you check the demographics etc in the areas you are interested. You can do that on any part of the internet or go to my site at http://www.stephenmahabir.com where you could also find information.
I wish you the best of luck and am available if you have questions

Hello J,

Long Beach is a beach community. There are many families raising their children here. We have miles of the Atlantic Ocean, beaches and boardwalk. Trendy boutiques and fine dining. Jones Beach is10 minutes away and has summer concerts. It is a 55 minute ride to NYC by LIRR.
Long Beach is huge I know the area very well. I have been selling real estate here for years.
Call me and I will give you and your family a tour.

If you aren't worried about taxes and are looking for a good school district - Manhasset (LI) is a good area.
I would also recomment Great Neck (LI).
Houses are beautiful with a good amount of property and wonderful school districts.
Just a little high on the taxes - like they are when the school district is that good.
