Just this morning, I set up a Buyer's Agent Credit of $10,500 of FREE money for a Borower! This is out of the $15,500 the property was paying in realtor commission. My realtor partner in keeping $5,000 same as she would make selling a $166,000 home! And she is happy to do this for my referrals!
Why would I just not get my real estate lic. and keep the money myself as a ferral fee some may ask? Because of the completely absured HUD rules that say I can not do FHA loans if I hold and Active Real Estate Lic.
