Tami, I have a Fannie Mae Homepath Property that is going to be coming on the market in the Hamlin Townhomes, it is an End Unit w/ 3 br 2 1/2 bath, double front porches and a screened porch that over looks a pond, it should list just under $200,000 and is in great shape.

If you or anyone you know is interested let me know as it is ready to show now but won't be listed for another week or so.

The regime (my understanding) is just under $300 on this unit per month plus you have the neighborhood association once a year of around $800 or so. I have put in a call to the management company to find out more details.

Thanks, David Wertan of RE/MAX 843-270-6455

A few different options over there:
Ranging from an 850 - 900 year HOA and a 189 - 325 monthly regime
