It is difficult to say exactly how much the taxes would be for a house that costs $150,000.00 but it could be anywhere fronm $2500.00-$4400.00 depending upon the assessment of the home. If you have a house in mind I may be able to give you the taxes on that particular property. Also they do not stay the same they are subject to reevaluation from time to time. I hope the helps you.

Hi Lisa,

Currently properties listed from $125,000 to $175,000 in Cheshire have taxes of $2,580 to $4,444. Taxes in Cheshire tend to be lower than comparably priced homes in neighboring towns.

Hope this helps!
