It all depends on what you want and your price range. Riverbend, Woodburn, Briarmeade are nice. You can check my website at http://www.dfwdreamhomes.net for the most current available homes for sale or let me know if you need help finding a property.

It all depends on your lifestyle, wants and budget. You really need to look for yourself in any given area to see what is best for the way you live.

Hope this helps.

Hi Lambs,
The responses you have are right on track. What are you looking for in a home? Not only is the 75075 area nice, you may find something else you like just as well in surrounding zip codes like 75023 or 75074.

Your best bet, is to hire a Realtor to represent your best interests. It should not cost you anything at all to hire a Realtor to represent you. Your agent can help you find homes that are available for sale, show those homes to you, negotiate the contract for you, recommend home inspectors, lenders, etc., and assist you through the entire home buying process.

Our team of agents would be happy to assist you as you move forward in buying a home. Please let us know if we can be of service to you.

Hi Lambs.

I agree with my colleagues, there are many factors in deciding where to live. Schools, near parks, libraries, shopping etc. Another factor is are you looking to rent property or buy. Most importantly, you should have representation from a Realtor.

Hi Lambs,

There are a few great subdivision in the zip codes you like such as Woodburn Estates and Stone Creek. But anywhere by River Bend you wont really go wrong.

Feel free to email me at dixondfw@gmail.com. We can discuss what you are looking for to narrow down the best place for you and your family.

One option is to drive around the place if ypu are local then narrow down areas of interest. Simultaneously, study school ratings etc on the net if schools are a criteria. Let me know of I can help further
