I'm a big fan of Dogpatch. I love the place as it is and am excited about it's future. Hanging out at the at the bars on Terry Francois Dr walking or riding my bike along the Embarcadero. There are some new resturants in and with Esprit Park opening with a new resturant for the owners of A16 and SPQR on site it will definately be equal to the good times at the old 42 degrees resturant.
Oh and easy walking to 18th Street on Potrero to Chez Papa or Barak. Lots to do, access to downtown, new Mission Bay hospital, bio-tech firms the waterfront. If I didn't already have a home that my family is tied to, I'd be there or North Beach.
I hope the dry dock stays, really cool to see the ships jacked up and out of the water.

Dear Janice,

Dogpatch is up and coming.... the new condominium and loft complexes are helping to rejuvenate the area. Also the University of California campus and the popularity of South Beach and Mission Bay are helping to make Dogpatch a more popular area in which to live. I believe there is growth potential still as you are getting in while the area is still being built up! Plus there is a lot of sunshine there.

Good luck! I am confident you will be happy there....plus you will be building equity and enjoying the tax benefits of property ownership. If I can assist you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Cheers,
Sally

Dear Janice,

Dogpatch is up and coming....The University of California campus and Mission Bay - South Beach, two very popular areas, have helped to make Dogpatch much more of an "in" place now. Also there are many new loft & condominium complexes being built in the area and new developments are giving new life to the area. I believe it is a good place to purchase because you are getting in while there is still growth potential. And now matter where you buy, you will be building up your own equity and taking advantage of tax benefits of ownership.

Good luck! If I can assist you and answer any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Cheers.
Sally
