we, the buyers r ready to close, sellers dragging their feet. like they changed their minds about this. what can we do?

we have signed contract for posession for 15 days after closing. I want my house, help!!

Do you have a contract? What dates were agreed to?? If the sellers fail to meet the terms of the contract then you have ability to file suit for performance. Did you use a Realtor?? They really should / would be helping you thru closing. If not, we're the sellers using a realtor? Might be worth seeing if they are also working to get to closing.

What does the contract say regarding the closing date ? Sellers may be dragging their feet because they don't have anywhere to go or a problem on that end. Ask them but remember they do not have to sell even though they maybe liable for damages

It really sounds like you are trying to do this without the help of a Realtor;
Why would you do that when his representation would have been FREE.

You can do it yourself,
or you can get a Lawyer to help you.
