So, you found some permitt issues after - you bought? you offered? you executed the P & S? What does your lawyer say? What does the association say? Did they present a 6D certificate? That may show they have no issues with the unit. Did you review the association docs and financials? Someone knows something. Is this a common / are these common change(s)? Do the changes require permitting? Condos are pretty strict. The association may ba a place to gather info.
