Is Stafford a good place to live? I live in Stafford Township (Manahawkin), I have a home office here and I'd say it's a great place to live!

It has a nice mix of single family homes (ranches, bi-levels, colonials & new construction) , condos and business. The tax rates are good (for New Jersey), schools rank well and you can check the NJ State Police website at for information on crime or contact the Stafford Township Community Policing Unit at 609-597-1189.

I've listed and sold homes in Manahawkin for many years, and would be happy to put you in touch with some of my clients. They'd be happy to tell you why they selected Stafford Township to either to raise their families or retire!
