There are many, many pool homes for sale. Did I mention there are a LOT of pool homes for sale?
Perhaps not at your price point.

Consider expanding your search beyond New Port Richey.

Have a water front on Lake Tarpon, 'perfect condition' that is currently in the invisible market.
No pool, but that 20 mile lake seems to do the trick.

John, Good morning. Perhaps its that we live right on Florida's Gulf of Mexico ? but that aside, if you'd like to forward me your other requirements & desired price range it'd be my pleasure to assist a fellow Jerseyite.

My name is Hope and I am a real estate solutions provider for Berkshire Hathaway in Trinity, Fl. I did a little research for you and without specifics such as area in Pasco, square footage, I came up with 150 homes with a pool in Pasco between the price range of $50,000-200,000. That was eliminating foreclosures and short sales. My information was gathered directly from the MLS which is accurate and up-to-date.

If I can further assist you in your home buying process, please give me a call at (727) 808-7780 or email me your criteria and I can email you a list of homes or set you up on an automatic email with your specific criteria.

Thanks for your question and I hope this helps you.
