there are some great buys in porto vista in cape coral...seems almost TOO there something is should know about that area???

Great neighborhood! We almost bought in Porto Vista but you need 20 plus percent down or pay cash for condos in our area. =)

The community of Porto Vista located in Cape Coral is a lovely complex. Prices are definitely affordable right now! However, their association fees are extremely high. The last unit I sold in there, the fees were 1450 Quarterly.
There are also two locations. North East Cape Coral and South West Cape Coral.

None that I am aware of. The Cape is a deal compared to most of SW Florida.
