Check your contract. It should outline what you are entitled to if the buyer does not make the deposit.

I meant buyer has not made 2nd deposite, same broker different realators . I already started moving process

why would the seller be making deposits to the title co? what does your contract say about the additional deposit? Closing date? Are you the buyer or their agent? If their agent, talk with your broker.
