You can check with the Village of Miami Shores Building and Zoning Department. As a buyer, I would be extra cautious about getting into a deal where you agree to assume ALL liens and violations- it could cost thousands to cure- if possible at all.

For the liens call a Title Company and they can do a title search for you. For the violations, you will probably need to call the Miami Shores city office.
