Yes, You can put in multiple offers on homes to be able to get the home you want. Who ever told you otherwise does not know the business of real estate. Many people do this especially in this type of market when there is a buying frenzy.

Just make sure you do not accept more than one offer or more offers than you can pay for. Accepting an offer means you are ready to go forward with the purchase, but you can receive and look over as many offers as you wish rejecting the ones that do not suit your needs.

A client of a broker friend of mine put in 14 offers on different properties before sellers finally accepted his offers. He rejected two and took the third. He now lives in that home. If you wish to discuss this, please call. I will put you in touch with a realtor who can help you get the home you desire.
