NBiSR: I am now seeing lender rate sheets with the new 729.9K pricing. Were you interested i getting pre-approved?

As soon as lenders revise their systems so that the new loan amount is eligible in the system, you should be okay. Don't forget that that new loan limit will apply to FHA loans too.

If you'd like, I can register a file and then revise the loan amount once the update hits. If you need any assistance, please let me know.

Once President Obama signs HR1 into law this will be final. Give lenders a week or two to adjust guidelines.
