Hi, appraisals can be somewhat subjective. There are certain adjustments that can be made by an appraiser. I would talk to your agent and see if there are any other comparables in the area they can use to support the higher amount. If not, then your financing will be based on the $310k appraisal. Anything above $310k you will be required to pay the difference.
