The banks review all offers submitted if the listing agent providing info. your buyers agent they are trying to assist securing your offer would be reviewed. It is not up to agents (listing/buyers) banks that controls all. If the seller referenced info. regarding previous offer did not disclose any buyers name no violation of law.
