Your best bet is to start working with a buyers agent in your area which usually costs nothing.

If you would like 15% back from the real estate agents commission, take a look at http://www.ParkPlaceNetwork.com/rebate they can set you up with the top brokerages and pay you back 15% of the commission. Which is an average of over $1000 at no cost to you.

Hi. Currently few townhomes found were in the 140,000's. Like
9237 SW 227 ST 2/2 @ The Shores for $139,000.
20999 SW 84 CT 2/1.5 @ Saga Bay Townhomes for $139,000
9269 SW 227 ST 3/3 @ Isles of Bayshore for $140,000
