You may have to roll up your sleeves & work to find 1, try looking on Craig's List for rent ,you can always ask the owner that has a place for rent if they will consider a lease to own,good luck !

Going to be very difficult in this market to find a rent to own. Why not buy? If it's credit related or anything else you should check The Lenders Network to see if they can get you to a lender to get you pre approved! Good luck!

Well there are several condos on the market that fit your request. I reccommend the next step for you is to interview a few Realtors and fibd ine that you trust and you are comfortable with. I wish you luck!
