I am not a loan officer so I cannot say for sure. Based on what you have shared there are some possibilities I have to loan officers both with more than 20 years of experience I feel confident both will give your their honest No Cost to you opinion on what it will take for you to buy. They Both can close on a deal in about 3-4 weeks.

Brittney,

Yes based on those scores you will qualify for a mortgage. There is one mortgage lender that buys scores as low as yours I know in the Charlotte area. Call Chris Ayer with PHH Mortgage. His cell phone number is 704-771-3954 or e-mail him at chris.ayer@mortgagefamily.com

Hey Brittney! Can you wait for 4-6 months before you buy? If so, I'd like to connect you with someone that could help you repair your credit before you decide to purchase a home. Send me an email (address below) and I'll shoot you this person's contact info. I hope to talk to you soon! -Victor I VictorAhdieh@yahoo.com I 704-962-0780
