I think I know the building you are thinking of. The HOA seems high but a lot is included. Also, older buildings tend to have higher fees, but the purchase prices are substantially lower. If you'd like to contact me, I would like to discuss it with you. I specialize in pre-war buildings and actually live in one in that area.
