Rehabbing to rent instead of rehabbing to resell is the way to go in this market.

The state of Ohio is large and many areas are seeing a decline in property values. But the Cincinnati area and surrounding suburbs are managing fairly well in number of sales and steady property values. In addition, Cincinnati has recently been designated as being one of the best places to live in the USA. It is a great convenient location with many activities and new developments. Its a great place to live!

NE Ohio offers a good opportunity for home buys and rehab. I would stay away from downtown and east side, however. A good Cleveland Realtor would be happy to help and guide you.
