Hi Ms. Henry,
I would be happy to help you. I am very familiar with the Overbrook/Wynnefield area. Some really nice Charter schools in this area as well, if you have a family. Let me know your price range and the issues that you worked on regarding your credit. You definitely should get pre-qualified for a mortgage though, so that you know how much money your are working with.

I hope to hear back from you very soon.

Hi
The second step in the process is choosing your lender and loan officer. But the first step is to Gather informaion, gather information, gather information. Buying your first home can be a wonderful life changing experience or it can be a nightmare if you choose the wrong people to work for you. A good place to gather information is Your-Road-Home.com. Its a site build to help first time home buyers. Read the articles in the numbered order and you will have a step by step plan together in no time. Than find your loan officer and real estate person. Trulia is a very good source for finding loan officers and real estate people from your area offering their servieces.
Best of Luck, stephen
