Advertised real estate taxes are usually an aggregate of the following taxes: local municipal/borough plus county plus school taxes. Good hunting!

Hi Gina,
When they list the taxes, they do include the school tax. Taxes will include local, state and school.
Hope that helps

Taxes for this property are $3149 estimated total for 2013. Why estimated? Because the school taxes for Great Valley are dependent on the district setting its budget. So the school taxes are estimated and they are showing as $ 2566, these would be billed in July and run through to June 30 2014, the County which has been billed are $545 and Willistown municipal is $37 both run from January 1st 2013 to December 31st 2013. When purchasing you will pro rate any taxes already paid by the owner.

So if you purchase and settle before July, you will re-imburse the owner for the school taxes billed in 2012, plus the taxes paid for county and municipal in 2013.
