I'd advise getting a buyers agent that has done business in the building. Also see if you can speak with the management company. contact me and I can recommend an agent.

Hello Ark, before you make a decision you should ask your real estate agent to do some research for you by asking the seller's agent a list of questions like the ones you provided here.
Also, remember that during the attorney review period you will be able to investigate the financials of the building and how good the management company is.

Then you can make an educated decision as to whether or not to move forward with a purchase.
