There are many options for people these days. Down payment and credit are the most important factors in obtaining a mortgage. I work with a loan officer that may be able to help you out. Fell free to give me a call 713.540.4347 or email me at mike.tabbert [at] garygreene [dot] com.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Actually i would need to know more about your work history before we can do anything.

1. Have you just started a new job?
2. If answer to question 1 is yes, then is the new job in the same line of work as your old?
3. how long were you at your old job?

and there are other questions I need answers to before I can say yes or no. Without a full history of your employment no one will be able to give you an answer. Call me and we can go over everthing.

Those are "thing of the past" best to wait till you reach the 2 year + of employment then proceed with loan application.
