I am not Dr. Cheng, I am Cheng. Anyway, I advise Colin and many students in Piscataway High School to become top students in the nation. I went to UC Berkeley both under and grad major EECS/CS and got straight A's. Any students, if wish, I can make them top students.
Just like any realtors, if wanted to, I can make them Gold Medal winners of Million Dollars Club.
As to you, Deborah, you already top Trulia Realtor and successful broker. My advise to you is to hire lots of lower income people who need 2nd jobs to pay their rent or mortgage to distribute 1,000 invitation flyers to your realtors' listing at coming open house to the Prospective Buyer Communities@ e.g. Edison/Blueberry Villages Apt rented out and 2br rent hike to $1,700, and that area has lots of desperated buyers looking to buy at Canterbury at Piscataway.
Do not try to think of making commission as you have made huge profits in past years already when real estate market was all time high. You want to spend ALL your commission to create jobs and do extra marketing for your agents who may not be as wealthy, especially, the new realtors.
Give youself two years not making any commission, and help hundreds of first time buyers to buy thru your agents, you will find yourself making much more after that.
