Of course it all depends on the price you pay, therefore if I were you, and you are looking for investment property in outlying areas. I would attended the http://www.hudsonandmarshall.com REO auction May 3rd &4th

They were here last December and had some great deals.

I will be attending both days representing a handful of clients, The auction is quite simple, and you would be able to finance, however buyer beware, there is risk.

I am touring the homes to be auctioned everyday, let me know which interest you and I will forward the pictures. As far as my compensation H& M pays a 2% Buyer broker.
