I think we have an answer for you. Our site now features a "Text Search" which allows users to type in any word that they want to search for. If you visit this link
http://www.realasave.com/Search.action?searchData=Denver

It will take you to the map search. From there just follow these steps:
1. Enter your search criteria on the left side of the screen in that big blue box
2. Look for "Text Search" at the bottom of the blue box. Type in the word you are looking for: pool
3. Press Go
4. Your results will appear on the map. Click on the orange pins to view the homes.

You can also move the map around, change the price range, number of bedrooms, etc., by going back to the "modify your search" area in that blue box on the left of your screen.

Good luck to you.

Kristal Kraft posts on Trulia sometimes, and has some great answers. Here is a link to her blog
http://thedenver.blogs.com/

I think she may be able to help you with relo and are information.

Other Denver area Trulians may chime in here also.

You can search listings and the Real Estate Guides on Trulia, too.

Good Luck

Like Brian said, they are few and far between. I have even seen homes that have them, but its not listed on the MLS in fear it will scare buyers away. I do know of one in Lakewood area (about 5 miles from Denver) that is listed for 400k 3 bedroom, with a pool in a court yard the the house raps around like a "c".

There are homes here with pools. The pools are not as popular because of the season. We email you the homes with pools if you like. There is one that we will be putting on the market in Febuary in Parker that has an awesome pool.

Pools in Colorado are hard to find. We have them, but they aren't as popular as one might think. If you want to follow the homes w/pools as they come on the market, you may use my Buying Buddy service. We can structure it to deliver listings with pools to be emailed to you.

Remember this month is typically a very slow month for homes coming on the market. After the holidays you will find a much bigger selection.

You may also want to define the right neighborhood for you and build your own pool.

Hi traveller

I am not in your area, but if you would like, I would be happy to set you up with the Home Buyers Scouting Report

It is a Password Protected system that draws homes in your parameters directly from your local MLS.

The system will give you price, pictures, addresses and directions to the homes.

Lets you file the homes you like and make notes to yourself about the homes.

And will update you daily via email on new homes that come on the market or change status or price.

If you would like to be set up on this system just email me the email you want used and your home search parameters (minimum bedrooms, minimum baths, maximum price, Cities/towns you are intereste in, pool, etc)

Traveller,

Use Realtor.com. Use "Advanced Search" located right next to the Search button. There u can input all of the criteria about a house including a pool. "Swimming pool is located near the bottom of the page.

Good luck!

An interesting note about pools in Colorado is that they do nothing to add value. They don't take away value either unless thay are in bad shape. Unless you have it heated year round you really won't use it that much here. But being from Canada maybe you won't need it heated :)

If you need help with your relocation feel free to contact me.

Hello Iana. A local Denver real estate agent will definitely be able to provide you with a list of all the properties in your price range that feature a pool as they have the ability to filter the MLS data searching for only properties that match certain criteria. If you do your own search, you may not have that ability because not all property search tools that are available to the public will feature that function. I know you can do an advanced search on realtor.com, but the search result will still include properties that don't have a pool. It's just that the properties that have a pool will be displayed on top of the list. Good luck.

You are right, there won't be many listings with pools. This is due to climate. Hot tub galore, but in ground swimming pools will be more difficult. Occasionally, you will find one, and then it might be an inside pool. I would suggest you find a real estate broker that specializes in the area of Denver you want and have them watch closely for you since these listings will be few and far between here.
Good luck,
