Hi K,
If you are looking to purchase new construction, finding an acre lot may be your biggest problem. You will easily find a 3/2 in that price range. We have several new subdivisions here that are conveniently located to Ft. Stewart and have many nice qualities. Finding a home that you and your family will be happy with should not be a problem at all. Best Of Luck!

Hi K,
Have you contacted a REALTOR in that area? This would be your best first step, also to ensure you are represented.
Best of luck to you, please advise if you would like me to refer you to a REALTOR in the area.
