You can see zip code 95123 home values both as total price of the home or by square foot at

San Jose home values can be viewed at

One of the things to note is that areas where the average home price is roughly below $700,000, the current value has still not climbed back to the peak values in 2007. This isn't too surprising in that one of the failed political goals before the economic downturn was to provide home loans to people who would not otherwise qualify for them. The economic damage was greatest at the lowest level.

If you look further north to Daly City where home values are lower, they also have not returned to the peaks of 2007.

Compare that to a city such as Palo Alto where the downturn now just looks like a speed bump.

2,000's average sales price of the 72, 3 bdrm., 2 bath homes, with 1,500-1,800 sq. ft., in 95123 was $444,210.

2,012's average sales price of the 51, 3 bdrm., 2 bath homes, with 1,500-1,800 sq. ft., in 95123 was $509,452.

Fewer sales and higher prices in 2012. You should see what 2013 looks like.

Your question was not very expansive so I am going to briefly say that prices have gone up.
