non-resident, non-us perso, possible rate and LTV, and LLC advice

Asked by sebastien.hitier, Chicago, IL Sat Aug 31, 2013

Hi, I am a european living in Asia. I noticed yields are higher in US.
I want to buy property in chicago for investment (round 300k-400k cash, with some more coming in the next 2 years).

Any advise on who would do financing LTV (the goal being to make this cash buy more home).
Also, tt looks like I need proper tax advice on setting up a LLC (FIRPTA Act of 1980)... You know someone who can do that?

Purchasing with CASH will be much easier.

Financing options do exist, but more complicated.
