Hi Nicole,
I'm Missy Adams, the listing agent for Jackson Falls Condominiums. I would be very happy to answer all of your questions regarding these properties as well as others in the Greater Nashua area. Having been a Realtor for 9+ years here in Nashua and having lived here for 25+ years, I'm well prepared to help you determine the best fit for your new home here.
As far as Jackson Falls Condominiums are concerned, they are a unique property for Nashua. This is a brand new construction building, located in the historic district right on the riverfront. It's designed to look just like the older mill and railway style buildings but it has all the conveniences of current day living: secure, heated garage parking on the ground level, secured entrance with speaker phone, elevator and totally luxurious garden style condominiums each with balconies overlooking the river! When all units are sold, the builder will also install the gates at the entrance to the property.
Please let me know if you have other questions or if you would like photos and more details.

Hi Nicole,

I would be happy to assist you with your move to the Nashua, NH area. It is important to consider having a real estate agent represent you as a Buyer Agent to help you through the home purchasing process. A Buyer Agent, can help you find the property that meets your needs (location, price, amenities, etc), negotiate the best price possible and assist you every step of the way throughout the entire process.

I have a couple of questions:

Are you focusing on Nashua, NH for a particular reason? Work? Commute? Family?
You don't mention your price range. Have you spoken with a lending institution yet to determine what price range you should be looking in? Are you a first time home-buyer? Currently, there is a $7,500 tax credit program available for first time home buyers that you may want to take advantage of.

Feel free to call me or send me an email if I can be of further assistance. You can also visit my website and search all property available in NH and MA for free.

There are a variety of wonderful homes/condos within the city of Nashua. Your mother & daughter should look at all the options available including safety, access and resale. Home prices are very attractive right now. One thing that you did not point out in your question however is that having a buyer agent to assist them in making the correct decision will be extremely helpful for them. An agent is not only familar w/all the nuances within the city, but also can help them navigate the purchase process and make the move seamless or trouble free.
