looking in Montgomery and w. windsor areas of NJ. there are many houses that have been sitting for months- are the overpriced? why the glut?

Dear Househunter:

Many homes these days are overpriced, that is nothing new. Now a days people are trying to obtain more because many homeowners are upside down and owe more than it is worth and do not want to short sale or loose the property. This does not work out because an appraisal solves this issue. Hope this helps.
