challenging second appraisal as one comp does not match first appraisal. if one locates comp 123 sesame street #1233456 to be one number can a second appraiser change the gross living area of the same comp 123 sasame street #1233456?
my understanding is MLS # would have certain same criteria to begin assessment of value. Am I correct on this?
