Nothing brand new in Boca for age restricted communities but you might set your eyes a bit further north to GL Homes newest 55+ treasure called Valencia Cove. It is hard to believe but the demand was so high for this new neighborhood in Boynton Beach that they held an auction two weeks ago and sold 72 homes in the firs two hours. You might enjoy the brief article I wrote on this amazing turnout;

There are many opportunities in older communities and if you would like to further explore those options please let me know. When it comes to hunting down the perfect opportunity we have geared our systems to be centered on your needs and take great pride in offering you the best home shopping experience anywhere. The need for a qualified agent cannot be overstated as you need someone on your team who is qualified to determine fair value and have your best interest at heart and we certainly would be honored to be included on the list of agents you may considering to interview. I hope this information is helpful and if I can add anything or be of help in any way please do not hesitate to give me a call.

There are no new 55+ communities in Boca Raton, only older ones. There are some single family homes in Boca Raton that are geared for 55+ owners, but there is nothing that distinguishes them from the surrounding all-age communities.

As for 55+ condos in Boca Raton, Century Village is the best place to find one that is priced under $60,000.

For newer communities you will need to look at 55+ homes in Boynton Beach or Delray Beach. Most of the Valencia homes from GL Homes were built after 2000.

You might also look in Tivoli Lakes in Boynton Beach, or in Ponte Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio West, and Avalon. All are beautifully maintained with large, lavish clubhouses.

There is also a very recently developed community of 55+ homes in Delray Beach from Hovnanian, called the Four Seasons.

Please let me know what's your budget. Also, would you consider Delray or Boynton? What is exactly what you are looking for, i.e. condo, house, villa? Do you have pets?

In order to give you good and reliable information these are the basic questions. You can contact me at 954-856-3156 or send me an e-mail at ask4nitza@yahoo.com. Thank you.

Hi Kim,

When you say new, do you mean new construction? Also, what type of 55+ community are you interested in? A condo, villa, single family home and what is your price range?

Unfortunately the only newer communities or new currently being built in Boca Raton are higher end single family homes like Boca Reserve or The Oaks and these are not 55+ communities.

Would you be willing to look in Delray Beach or Boynton Beach?

Please let me know what you are looking for and I will be glad to assist you with your new home purchasing needs.

Thank you & regards,
