I had a well water home up New York, Putnam County, I have to say the water was so good to drink, I move down here and the Orlando water was just to harsh for me to drink. If you check out the CDC website it clearly state that " Florida's aquifers can become contaminated by chemicals and microbes that can cause illness. Bacteria and nitrate can reach the ground water and wells through poorly maintained septic systems, livestock areas and fertilizer application, or as a result of poorly constructed wells. Chemicals can enter into the ground water from leaking gasoline storage tanks, pesticide applications, landfills, and improper disposal of toxic and hazardous wastes". I will also suggest you test the water and use a state-certified laboratory to ensure that the results are valid.
Hope this helps.

I grew up in a home that had well water here in the Orlando area and am familiar where you can find homes that fit this requirement.

There are many homes with well water in the Seminole county area of North Orlando especially in the city of Apopka. Let me know a little bit more about your home criteria and I can send you my top picks in the area.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Ralph:

There are some neighborhoods that homes are mostly on well. I actually just sold one this last week. What is your price range and requirements so I can email some homes to you?

Raphael, that may be true in Madison, Wisconsin, but I assure you that will not be the case in Florida. The water that comes out of the ground from the Florida aquifer, is not healthy without treatment. If you have a home with well water, you will be using plenty of chemicals.
