Are You considering the Villages, Carriage Glen or Landings?
Consider this: Have they offered upgrades to you already? What incentives are they providing?
Have you spoke to them already? Hiring your own Realtor representation upfront is critical. Those incentives will be renegotiated.
You will want to know and get in writing any substitutions the builder may impose on your home. Many times the models you see will have different finishes than what you are shown. Make sure you know what you are getting. Floor plans are sometimes different than drawings.
I alway recommend a camera and I bring one along also during construction walk thrus. It will be a great reminder and wall art in some part of your new home. These are always scheduled walk thrus...
Warranties by Ryan are typical in the first 3 years Appliances and ventilation systems. and 10 year for structural breakdowns. Ryan will stand behind their products also. Additional coverages can be negotiated also.
Keep in mind you won't get what you don't ask for!
