I work in Huntington Beach area with several agents.

What we do is if there are no properties that fits a buyer's needs, we market to the properties that are not actively on the market, to find a property.

This is a great way to avoid having to bid against 50 people to get your offer accepted as well.

Contact me if you would like to be included in the program.

16107 Warmington, Huntington Beach is a turn key condo on leased land. The lease cost is $1900 quarterly or $633 a month. 160K is a great price for a beautiful condo in the Huntington Harbor area.
It is my listing and I would be happy to show it to you.

Just so you know, when you see a Really nice looking condo in Huntington Beach that appears to be priced about $200-300K less than all others

Here's the hook

It's on Leased Land & the land lease goes on & on & on for many more years, it's like having an HOA pymt of a couple thousand a month.

If you would like a lower maintenance property, then you might like a condo & you could get one real close to the beach in your price range.

I can help you to find a CONDO or a HOME,

You should just shoot me an email directly or call me, I don't look back on this same Trulia posting for answers after mine.

The good news, is that there are dozens of homes available in Huntington Beach near the beach for under $600k. I am an expert in coastal properties (myself, I live at the beach in downtown HB) and I would love to assist you with not only the Realtor representation, but your financing (if applicable) as well. You may search the MLS for free from my website, and I can help you to narrow down the choices and present a strong offer. Please contact me to discuss your situation and see if I'm the best choice to represent you in your purchase. Thanks.

There are quite a few properties near the beach under $600,000 - are you looking mainly for a detached home or will a condo/townhome work for you? If you would like, I can send you information on all of them now and set you up with a system that will send new listings as they come available, so that you don't miss out on the 2-4 days some houses are selling in
